The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Deyang, Sichuan, covering a site area of approximately 47,600 square meters with a total floor area of about 89,700 square meters. The scope of services includes project coordination and management, engineering survey, engineering design, construction supervision, and cost consulting services. The overall master planning and architectural conceptual design of this project were spearheaded byy Yuan Ye Architects, embracing the core philosophy of "Zero-Carbon Aesthetics," the design organically integrates ecological, technological and humanistic elements to create an open and shared Green Technology Park.
The park is master-planned around a central "Eco-Innovation Valley" concept, featuring courtyard-style architectural clusters that seamlessly integrate technology, ecology and cultural elements to create an open and shared urban innovation park. The site is divided into northern and southern zones - the northern zone concentrates pilot production workshops and supporting facilities to meet industrial transformation needs, while the southern zone focuses on integrated incubation and R&D functions, highlighted by a landmark timber-structure technology exhibition center to facilitate industrial clustering and interaction. The architecture employs multi-scale flexible modular design to provide highly adaptable spaces for diverse future enterprise requirements. The design thoughtfully incorporates Deyang's urban context and regional characteristics into architectural and landscape details. Implementing sponge city principles throughout the park establishes a systematic ecological rainwater management system. The overall vision is to create a zero-carbon demonstration park that harmoniously combines green sustainability, technological innovation and human-centered design.
