The 15th China-Russia Culture Festival grandly opened at the China-Russia Arts and Culture Center in Heihe

On July 26, the 15th China-Russia Culture Festival passionately kicked off at the China-Russia Arts and Culture Center in Heihe City. This newly established urban landmark, standing in the heart of Heihe, served as the main venue and core location for the opening ceremony of this year's cultural festival.

The event was hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and the Government of the Amur Oblast of Russia. It was organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province, the People's Government of Heihe City, the Department of Culture and National Policy of the Amur Oblast of Russia, and the Blagoveshchensk City Administration.

Designed by China Construction Design—Yuanye Studio over five years of meticulous planning, this cultural and artistic sanctuary integrates a theater, museum, and library into one. The landmark complex serves as a cross-border platform for cultural exchange and an open urban stage for the arts, presenting a profound cultural gift to the people of Heihe.
